CareFlash, LLC - PrizedPals Dept. (PrizedPals) develops alliances with healthcare advocacy groups and healthcare institutions. We want to ensure that our Alliance Partners (Partner) feel comfortable and secure in their use of this website, and see value in working with PrizedPals. While we make a legitimate effort to ensure your privacy and the security of any information that you provide to us, we urge you to remember that privacy and security begin with you. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or password reminders and should exercise caution when disclosing information online.

PrizedPals markets each Partner in the following areas and ways

1. We provide each Partner with a branded landing page that markets their logo, provides a descriptive overview of what value the Partner delivers to people, along with a link to the Partner's website.
2. We provide each Partner branded recognition on our Alliance Partners webpage.
3. We market each Partner's cause in text advertisements, linked to the Partner's website in each  patient community  that involves the particular disorder on which that Partner is associated.
4. We feature each Partner's logo and text advertisement, along with a link to the Partner's website in each  public forum  that involves the particular disorder on which that Partner is associated.

In order to qualify as an Alliance Partner

1. Alliance Partners must be healthcare advocacy groups or healthcare institutions with a particular focus on a disorder, part of the anatomy or healthcare topic, etc.
2. Partner's must obtain compelling value in the branding, marketing and visibility that PrizedPals provides, accepting that these benefits represent the sole recognition associated with the Alliance Partner's involvement with PrizedPals. No cash, equity, nor any other interest in PrizedPals is available, in any way whatsoever, by virtue of this Alliance Partnership or any extension or modification of this relationship.

Responsibilities of the Alliance Partner

1. Alliance Partners recognize that PrizedPals delivers unprecedented advocacy and world-class education - delivered to people in the focused circumstances at hand. All for free.
2. Alliance Partner agrees to establish and maintain at least one link from their website, to PrizedPals.com.

Alliance Partners may be removed as a Partner at any time and for any or no reason.

Technical Information: IP Addresses and Cookies

An IP address is a number assigned to your computer automatically when you use the Internet. When you use the PrizedPals website, technical information from your PC, such as IP addresses and browser version may be communicated to PrizedPals. This information will not be linked to anything that identifies you personally and is not used to track the activities of individual users of the site. This information may be used to help PrizedPals improve the look and function of our website but will not be collected or aggregated into personal profiles for use or sale.
